The midheaven is the very top of your chart wheel and is usually in the sign that is four signs behind your ascendant. This is the career sector of your chart. Whatever planets/sign occupies thie midheaven indicates which career field is best for you. It could also indicate hardships in the workplace if it is badly aspected. For example, Cancer on the midheaven....day care/gardening or any type of caretaking would be a good career choice.
