Least - Air, Earth
All the air moons (and earth, to a lesser extent) I know are very restrained, rational, and objective. That's not to say that they are unfeeling or inexpressive, but as someone else mentioned, that level of control and conscientiousness feels cold and mechanical to me.
Water and fire moons are less contained, but maybe having a fire moon with Scorp rising/venus makes me more attuned to their emotions, even when they aren't verbalizing them.

aqua moon here and i have known alot of aqua moons to be a little emotional but we have a point that we stop all emotions and dont feel any after. Which sucks because we tend to be very cold. So yes do get emotional, from 0-100 percent, we stand around 40% .. Pisces on the other hand are almost 100percent emotional. The next to close to aqua moons are capricorn and aries. I have known alot of water sun aries mooners who were quite unemotional.
