How is your life having this placement?
Cause for me is really hard. MyNorth Node is in 5th house and my South Node is in Pisces in 11th house.
I just live in my fantasy world. And I hate the reality. Its like I always think, think,think and never take action. Are you the same?

Hmm, to be quite honest, I never really bothered to do much research about the NN. But I can kind of relate to what you're saying about living in a fantasy world and not wanting to see reality. Fortunately though, I'm well aware of what the reality is.
My NN is in my 3rd House and my SN is in my 9th House. Do you have any insight on those House placements?click to expand
I do not. But there are youtube clips that you can look at and there is information if you search.
I actually understood that in general the North Node is the things you have to do in your life...like your mission in this life.
And the South Node is the opposite. The South Node is the things you already accomplish in your past life.
