Ok maybe you can try this, you look at your chart (time of birth needed)

and you figure out when your last angular house transit was.

Pluto's in 16 cap, Neptune 9 pis, Uranus 20 Ari, Saturn 20 Sag.

You look to see where these are in your chart, then you estimate the last time when they passed an angular house, and check with my ephemeris....
