How do retrogrades change your chart?

Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Chiron and North Node were all in retrograde when I was born. Does this change how I would interpret my chart?

It's supposed to help you handle retrograde periods of the planet that's retrograde in your natal better than others when it goes retro again. I've got a retro Saturn. Discipline is hard for me.

Yes. Direct planets - show an outward influence - while retrograde planets reflect inward tendencies.

With Mars retrograde - one might have a tendency to think twice before taking action - while with Mars direct one might find it easier to just - act...

Jupiter retrograde - shows inner growth... you can have all the riches in the world - and still feel poor on the inside, on the other hand - the wiser you get in relation to the house and sign were Jupiter falls (as defined by fulfilling experiences - which helped you to grow) - the richer you feel (even if you don't have many external riches - you can still feel rich - like someone who owns a palace).

They do change your chart enough to where the interpretation changes. I have some retros

For example my merc is rx so communication for me can leave people confused, stuff comes out backwards. It's best to look at each planet individually that is retrogade to interpret so that you can combine it as a whole.

This is my life with mercury.
