Saturn transits to the 6th house
Yes. Im currently going though a 6th house saturn transit.
Work work work. But its a transit i dont mind. Saturn has been on my sun for quite some time. I did go through a job change.
I kinda feel like each saturn transit through a house sets you up for the next house.
No health issues...

Im goin through saturn 5, still a recluse, bored af, l think sat 4 has not lost its effect only l lost my hobbies now too...

Local ... maybe yeah, it's all l do. It's been ten years. So it may not work out right away, but one day it will, if l'm 50, and l got 10 years experience...surely l can make a living off it. Or create a website or smth.
* 20+ years....
I think if you market the transit side of it, you would get some business. My friend who is an astrologer does Horary and gets a fair bit of business. You could put in your ad something like "do you have a difficult or life changing decision/s to make and need some guidance"......or similar words? People would probably be drawn to that
