Is this a consistent thing or a one off?Not everyone can be A game all the time. If you're getting laid proper at least 80% of the time don't even pay mind to the occasional blip. That's better than most women get all their life.
If it's a regular dynamic though it's something to look into.

I've noticed fire signs can moreso than others. The Sagittarius FWB I had could go damn near 3 rounds all back to back; no rebound/refractory period.
