It does makes me wonder if even though my settings are set as private and unable to search (I did that years ago so coworkers couldn't find me) if they can see my profile too.

To answer your question, for the sake of argument you have the same privacy settings, you don't pop up as someone people may know. Of course, people can see you post and recognize your profile pic though. Or, if you don't have it set to keep your friend list private, people can still search you through mutual friends.

ya, figured as much, i am not worried. maybe i should be. My pic is on the internet regardless if it's here, IG or FB or my gosh myspace lol
