Venus in Capricorn?

Tell me about it, please.

i think alot of venus in caps are also worried about the grass being greener.

love/romance comes late in life maybe after the saturn return or 30.

age gracefully

high expectations

I dunno if this is just me, but I enjoy being relied on. It makes me feel so special and wanted... but I absolutely HATE having to depend on others.

we both have earth mars/venus in "working" signs of cap and virgo. both like to work. if were not working, or not being used or relied on, im sad.

but not in terms of financial means. i hate it when my mate cant pull his weight in relationships.

do any of you keep score in relationships?

Venus in cap takes friendships and partnerships seriously, and are very loyal and stalwart when won over. You have to earn them due to raised standards and self discipline.

Another way many of us here who have it would put it : forever alone. Thats because people either don't measure up or they let us down. Kind of a pain for love because we don't fall in or out easily. We would rather be alone than with the wrong person.

Neither, I dont date in the traditional sense. If I meet someone I like we start out as friends-platonic, hang out and see where it goes. At this point in time in my life I would like to think that I'm wiser enough to know not to have a "relationship" with someone that didnt fit my ideal. Settle to me is a gray area. If you are dating and looking its not settling, if you marry someone knowing full well you could probably do better-that to me means you have settled.

right so venus in caps are about quality, not quantity. many of us will only have 1 or 2 or no serious relationships. in saying so, when you meet these potentials, you disqualify them and not settle because there may be some greener grass..this persons grass few brown spots. so you move on...

this is what i meant about the grass being greener.

Elaborate on "keeping score". Do you mean like, they did something for me, now I'll do something for them type of thing?

kinda. and if deeds arent being reciprocated. i feel like if im doing more of the relationship and the other person than they are doing for me. im out.

Yes, I have seen that. I felt similar with my Cap ex (she has venus in cap and mine is in Leo) I think one of the reasons we grew apart was my growing frustration from this.

I feel bad for the venus in saggis who have come across my path. if the degree is close to scorpio or capricorn, i think they welcome saturns influence.

Would I reveal my feelings first? No. Have I in the past yes, but I also believe in ripping of a band-aid. When I have done that in the past I didnt expect a lifetime of roses. It was more about acting on a feeling I had so the fastest way to get rid of someone who doesnt have the best intentions is to flood them with a wave of emotion. Now, I would not do it. Would I ask a guy out. No, but I would suggest hanging out and leave the date planning to him. I suggest initially because I give off such a friendly vibe and I'm not easy to read so I find that its very helpful. Once they know I'm interested in spending time its like a sigh of relief for them, and we go from there. I dont think I'm intimidating I just think my indifference enters a room before I do.

i also care a great deal about my reputation. its well crafted.

I wonder what the men with Cap venus think? Just curious!
