My mom is a Gemini sun/Cancer moon. My dad? No idea. I was raised by my grandparents: an Aries and a Pisces. In a nutshell, they sucked. Abusive in so many ways. Grandfather was ex-military. Got depressed after retirement (when I was 7 or 8), doc put him in mood altering meds, and the rest is history. He became much more volatile and violent. My grandmother was consistently violent and controlling. She was more covertly cruel to me. My mom has a strong personality like me. She's a loud, fabulous diva with strong opinions. Very loving and protective though.

They had a terrible, volatile marriage. With very physical fights, calling the police, using us kids as weapons... it was insane. My mom still pines for my Dad, even after 12+ years. My Dad thinks getting away from her was one of the best things he's done. He is now married to a Gemini sun, Gemini moon, Sag venus.

I get along fairly well with my Dad and Step-mom.
I haven't seen or spoken to my mom since I graduated from High School.

At some time I quited to enter the gladiator ring, it was not worth it, I had no opinion whatsoever. Always 3 vs 1.

My father not Aries(but also with horns) but with alot of Leo. Mother and Brother with alot of Aries and fire ascendants too, Leo and Sag.

Simply curious how your relationship with your parents was, and their signs.

My mom is an Aquarius with a capricorn moon, capricorn mercury and capricorn venus and mars in taurus.
My dad is a Sagitarrius with a taurus moon, capricorn mercury, scorpio venus, and mars in aries...

Dad doesn't really talk about his feelings though he's a great provider. Mom doesn't like to think too deeply about things and she's very social and she has a weird sense of humor.

My mom is the typical pisces and her dream world is her playground. she is soooo sociable and has lots of friends. total people person. awesome cook and mother. i didnt understand her parenting technique till i was much older. shes always told me the truth whether i like it or not. religious and loves plants. she is like a goldfish and a shark rolled in one.

My dad is a MAN's man. he did such a good job being a father that no man ive met comes withing steps of comparing to him. totally cut froma different cloth. he is the best father ever, no competition. athletic, tencious, loves to make money, increase his net worth, and a good spender. when he wants to do something he does it no questions asked. secretive, laughs alot at dark humor. hates celebrating his birthday and loves to travel, bike, swim, whatever.

my mom and day are still married, had 3 awesome saggis girls, and still love each other. i love it when they dance together.

how a fish and a lion ever got together is beyond me.

Still married- for 27 years now. My mom has a mouth on her and can be incredibly difficult and critical, but my father has figured out how to effectively handle her. They bicker in a hilarious way, usually ending with him acting silly and making her laugh to diffuse the tension. They're successful and comfortable. My father started off as the blue-collar breadwinner, but being that he is 12 years older than my white-collar mother, they have now reversed roles. My sister and I are both successful and career driven and adore our parents. Lucky to have been blessed with the family I have.

My sisters moon is hella obvious in her personality though.

She is so difficult to talk to for the whole family sometimes lol.

so shes more rational in her emotions than the rest of you are. interesting.

Not the best childhood because I also knew of everything that went on at an extremely early age. Started giving advice by age six ...so yeah, my mother and I raised eachother and we both raised my sister. Being that she was a single parent we moved more times than I can count using both my hands and toex2.

Love love love my mother though.

Dad and I are weird. Neither will give an ounce more than required. We love eachother but are both nonchalant about the whole daughter/father thing.
