What is the most useful information one can extract from a natal chart?

I would need to hide many parts of my Astrology chart from people IRL if they understood Astrology.

The aspects to my Moon say a lot about me. It would be embarrassing if people knew that shit.

Can you tell what kind of info a progressed chart provide?

I checked mine but I cant see anything relevant from it

It gives you your fate and your influence from parents. What more could anyone ask for? It also provides much clearer, black-and-white answers than a natal chart.

Here, I'll share this horrid one.

Moon square or opposition Saturn grows up quickly, therefore deep inside Saturn’s armour is a very soft-centred, needy child. The subject is loathed to show this very fragile side of their character, so most of the time they appear very strong, capable and most of all independent. The suppressed needs will very often come out as incapacitating illness or depression, that way they get the care they feel they don’t deserve to ask for.
