I dont know where to put this but WTH!?!?!?! Im emotionally and physically drained,first with all my commitment,my aunt just died,and worst part 2 of my past came back and this is just this week only,i feel like im going to burst,my reserved temper is at its peak,i dont want my tornado temper to come out again its been years since i last snap and it aint pretty,any suggestion to calm me down?music aint helping right now so is writing,i feel like i want to punch someone?
