The main issue there is too much ego due to conjunctions. Aquarius being an ego axis sign, i would say that person is tainted. Particularly with square moon in scorpio.

Could tainted be good with the propensity to do bad? Also, are any artistic talents shown in that natal?

I think this has nothing to do with astrology. More your own morality and experiences.
