I had an Aquarius boss who was just as bad. She told me about some very personal traumatic events that happened to her within my first hour on the job. She used to dress up as these creepy monsters on Halloween and role play them all day, refusing to come out of character even when you had work questions.

That doesn't work in most rships unless you're a pushover and suffer from low self esteem....the world revolves around all of us, not some of us. Also with that attitude you won't get the best out of people and they may end up giving you the finger ... it ends up being counter productive...

Aries likes things a certain way and offers little room for compromise.
That doesn't work in most rships unless you're a pushover and suffer from low self esteem....the world revolves around all of us, not some of us. Also with that attitude you won't get the best out of people and they may end up giving you the finger ... it ends up being counter productive...

Fixed energy gives worst managers. Their way or the highway. I would go for a Scorpio woman, tho.
Cardinal energy gives best managers. Capricorn and Aries, Aries and Capricorn are la creme de la creme. I wouldn't go for a Libra, tho.
Also, I think mutable energy gives pretty good managers. They have good management skills, super flexible, they're super involved and also they have no problem doing the grunt work. I respect them for that.
Most loyal to their employees: Aqua, Gemini, Cancer and sometimes Cap.
I worked for both an Aries woman and man that bullied their staff....i walked out of a job because I was fed up with seeing people being treated like shit...

Two personal experiences don't make an axiom.
Aries that I know are pretty modest people both professionally and in personal life. They do have a temper, but they're doing their best by trying to keep that under control.
Maybe you just don't vibe well with them or you are missing the point in what means to be a good manager. We leave our personal opinions OUT the moment we get in the office, we are very centered in what we do, we're very focused on our employees growth and development, we give our people autonomy and trust no matter what. Sometimes people simply forget that when things will turn bad, we are the ones who are responsible and will collect all the garbage. Also, we show empathy to our people, BUT we don't do charity. Sorry, not sorry.

The nicest boss I had was an Aqua man and because he was so easy going and good to us we all bust a gut to get the work done. The other was a Leo lady and again very kind and I really worked above and beyond for her too

Worst boss I've had was a virgo. Among the best were an aqua and a cancer. That said I've also had a terrible aqua boss (co worker). Definitely something more at work here but I think anyone with some semblance of cancer characteristics when it comes to employee care they will more often than not appear to be a good boss.
The best I had was a Pisces man born in the year of dog. I don't know more about his chart. He was a genius in handling people and teams.
I think it also depends on the branch of economy we are talking about. In the IT the more flexible and selfless, the better. Superficiality is also a no go.
