then i check my phone, oh crap its 5am, dammit, ok back to sleep.
also, what should i wear today although i have literally the same clothes i feel like a simpsons character (no complaints here)
I totally get this bit when I'm up I'm up. Afternoon or early evening I'll be sleep deprived but hey what can I say. Lol.

Can you add some intensity to it so it's fun? Mundane is lethargic for me. Intensity like workout, smelling the fresh air, doing summersaults, making a vision board, meditation, making a list, cursing, idk just suggestions

I do drink coffee. Black. I have to limit myself though. No more than one cup. I get the gitters.

2 days coffee 2 days gunpowder green tea 3 days calming teas

Water yes!!! I need to add that more consistently as soon as I wake up. I get it in the morning hours but not first thing. So many benefits in that.

Not the same thing every day.

Really good deep sleep and some sun and it's ok. Winter and ugh...cooollld.

Look in the mirror. (I sometimes still forget how blonde I am an it cheers me up). My hair is usually...CRAZY...sometimes it makes me laugh.


Sometimes I am just fricking grumpy and I don't want to leave my bed. Then the dog starts barking.

At some point some music and some nice smells have to happen.
Cool I do nice smells all through the night.
-Spray the pillows with peppermint oils
-Candles usually rainforest, clean linen, lavender, or something soothing
-lower the thermostat
-prep the room an hour or so before bedtime
- reading like dxp, news, articles, a boring book
-shower

Whatever but yeah so doing the nice smells all through the night makes me get up and goi g in the morning

Well rested
