I think it comes from him being a guy who can get away with it?! If it´s all harmless though and his lady is okay with it, well, yey for them for having figured it out.
Personally I detest people who flirt even when they are in a committed relationship but who am I to judge him.
I am learning astrology so I took his chart as an opportunity to learn something 😛

Just out of curiousity.... There is a co worker in my office who is an extreme flirt he is married and has two kids but still he kinda uses his office hours to spend time with other girls. When I first met him I didn't knew he was a big flirt he was so sensitive and caring he used to bring me and another girl water and all so I just thought its his caring nature to make us feel comfortable in a new office but later on I came to know how big flirt he is. So today i decided to pull his chart to see what's that in his chart and I found that he is a Pisces sun cancer moon. His cancer moon clearly shows how sensitive and caring he is but from where does this flirting and wandering eye came from ? any idea ?

Pisces do not have good boundaries and they are good at finding ways to appear to be doing something nice and normal but really it is a means to an end for them. They use the pisces blurred lines to their advantage. I usually find this from the Pisces men more than the women.
they do not have boundaries (some of them-- I know) and they will definitely be all helpful and understanding for their own personal motives

Actions, by definition, speak louder than words, although with a similar chart I would expect him to let you know first with words, see if you're receptive, re-evaluate and then take full control.
Aquarius may sound flirty but they don't play mind games, they play games but they don't give you one valid reason for you to think they really like you: meaning they don't usually manipulate you in the attempt of getting you attached to them. They're ambigous but fair - they don't put themselves in the actual position to get misinterpret - and when they do like you they'll drop unmistakable hints along the way while you'll have the feeling you've been picked.
Innocent flirting it's just their way of being histrionic.

I didn't know he was flirting I just thought he is making us feel comfortable as we were new in the office. If I knew he was flirting I would have stopped him right there because I am already in a relationship and neither I flirt with any one nor I enjoy anyone flirting with me.

Oh no no never ever lol I am in a committed and happy relationship with Mr cappy and I have completely tunnel vision and I am head over heels in love with my guy 🙂
I mentioned it in the beginning that its just out of curiosity because I am learning astrology. I knew from the very beginning that this pisces guy was married so even if I wasn't in a relationship then too married men are absolutely a no go zone for me.

Probably from the Libra Mars like everyone stated. Pisces guys are not the best flirts in my opinion unless he is on a cusp of Aries.They can be very talkative and playful and one may view it as flirting.
