where does your moon reside?

What Does Your Moon's House Signify in Astrology

Your Moon's house reveals how you express emotions and relate to others. For example, a Moon in the seventh house indicates a desire for harmony in partnerships and a focus on relationships. Understanding your Moon's house helps interpret your emotional needs and behavior patterns more accurately.

the old cap friend of mine baffles me to no end with his weird ways. it has led me to do more moon research. i happened to stumble upon this chart and i thought it kinda funny. it represents the significance of the moon in each house and its description.

Moon In House:
I - always wants to give a sympathetic impression.
II - very clingy in relationships.
III - very difficult to pin down
IV - very dependent on others, clingy, softy
V - loves children, needs children
VI - mostly relating to co-workers
VII - very stylish, wants to be liked, fashionable, heart-warming in relationships, knows extremely well how to behave and to sell onself, females with this position easily twist males 'round their little finger.
VIII - fearful and anxious in relationships, extreme morals, moralizing in relationships, emotional frustrated position.
IX - fanatic towards others, flies out easily at others.
X - wants to be loved in a general and public way, personal relations can be a frustrating experience.
XI - not overly spontaneous.
XII - position of isolation and loneliness, very sensitive and helpful towards others.

er... mine is in the 7th house... *blushes*

Mine = V - loves children, needs children

Interesting - i don't have any granted not by choice, but i wouldn't classify me in the LOVES CHILDREN category. I LOVE giving them back, does that count?? I am very close to my neice and nephews though

My bull = I - always wants to give a sympathetic impression.

I don't know about THAT one either lol sympathetic is NOT a word i would use to describe my bull.

explains why moon in the VII got the longest description.

I think moon in the 7th house is very co-dependent, relationship oriented. When these people look back, they would hardly find a few weeks when they were not involved with one person or another. Also there is indication that you want a partner who is emotionally responsive.

I have Moon in XII, and yes, there is emotional communication blockage. Since I learned more about astrology for, I make a conscious effort to speak up and share, still the basic instinct is to go hide them in a cocoon.

i knew someone was gonna call me out like that! that was the reason behind my blushing. i'm sure there are at least a few ppl on here that think i am so full of myself that i would go to such lengths to make myself appear "better". here's the link to show it was legit: http://www.cosmitec-astrological-compatibility-advice.com/moon-signs.html

fwiw, i just posted this for entertainment purposes. i thought it was funny. ur, right though, north node... i am rather relationship oriented but i grew out of my co-dependency state. i used to be clingy and needy as a teenager and in my very early 20's. then i realized i had abandonment issues, sorted through my emotional baggage, and faced my demons!

haha that struck me too! "NEEDS CHILDREN" is just too strong of a phase, I was going to type in my previous post that I never thought about having my babies too! This is the wrongest thing I've seen in astrology as of yet or perharps it will manifest in the future =/

oh no! don't get me wrong, n. node! i did not take offense. no worries. i rarely get defensive about anything. even if someone is trying to take a jab at my ego, i take whatever is said into real consideration. i'm not afraid to own up to my faults. if i see an ounce of truth in it i will agree with them!

I apologize if it hit any tender nerve, had no such intention, believe it.

if you want, I can hide that comment. No problems.

ps: I do think you are being touchy, though.

Whoa, this article has nothing good to say about any of the moon positions, lol.. read it for kicks 😉

When the Moon is in the tenth house the native will be well off and have gains from education. Usually this is the most favored position for success before the public as some kind of celebrity. But this position may have its ups and downs—in vogue and out of vogue. The public eye makes the native nervous and tense, but he seeks it anyway.

I got this.
