The people who seem to get/like my humor the most are Aquarius people and sometimes leos. Would my Aquarius in Uranus have anything to do with that?

For sure Mercury and anything Mercury-ruled (Virgo and Gemini).
I find Aquarius, Leos and Sag to be very funny as well. Aquarius are funny in an unsuspecting way...they just say off beat things without realizing it...Leos are performers so they are funny in a planned way and Sag people are just total clowns, loud and blunt and hilarious.

I've noticed as a Taurus Mercury that I have a very satirical sense of humor. I tease friends a lot, telling them it's an expression of adoration lol
In my experience, earth and water mercs have this sort of joking style. Whereas the air and fire mercs are very into comical, light and playful humor. Not saying that it's fact, it's just what I've witnessed. I enjoy both, depending on the situation and mood -- circumstantial. I myself am just sarcastic a lot of the time.

Everyone has humor. I think the way your chart is placed determines the kind of humor you're into. Slapstick, dry, vulgar, enigmatic, funny because it's true; there are so many different types.
I think the twisted, vulgar, sick, slapstick humor that busts me up like Daniel Tosh or Ridiculousness appeals to my gem moon. I'm totally the type to laugh at your misfortune so long as you don't get seriously hurt. But I'll still laugh once you're better. If my moon was somewhere else, I probably wouldn't be as entertained by it.

The most important aspects are trines, squares, conjunct and opposition...
And the ones with very little orb (between 0 and 3) are the most significant.
Like venus in leo 15 degrees square uranus in scorpio 12, thats a 3 degree orb, because there's a difference of 3 between 12 and 15...
