Well the problem with this question is that everyone's definition of what "good" or the "best" music is, therefore, everyone's definition of what a "good musician" is will be different. So the problem is there really is no right or wrong answer to this question.

Oh but since we're on the subject, I'd have to say Aquarians....Some of the "originals" & first ones to set the tone for how music is today are the Aquarians...duh 😉

I basically gave it to Sag just because of Hendrix and Sinatra alone, but there are too many shitty teeny boppers and untalented rappers there that I didn't really notice before.

this is the price you paid for getting your list longer. trade-off of quantity and quality.
