It really depends on what swoons you over, but assuming they have good aspects to their Venus I'd say:

(1) Libra - They are sensitive, sensual, and they love to please. Cliche kind of romance, mostly. Long walks by the beach, dinner by candle-light, bubble baths with rose petals, etc. They know how to make you feel beautiful.
(2) Aries, Leo, Sagittarius - They will protect you and make you feel safe. They show you they love you by taking you with them on their adventures - hiking, dancing, anything where the energy is strong. Wherever you go, they will make you feel like the center of their universe.
(3) Cancer, Pisces - They express their love through nurturing and taking care of you. Rough day at work? They will listen to your rants intently, or massage you when you're sore. Whatever they're doing, they will want to share it with you.
(4) Taurus - They often show their love through material; buying you flowers, or making you hand-crafted gifts... whatever it is they will put their heart into it. They enjoy romantic dinners - or lazy days at home, snuggling on the couch, watching movies and eating popcorn.

Aquarius romance is my favorite though - their love is the realest. Signs like Libra wear their heart on their sleeve and can love just about anyone. Aquarius are super selective, so if an Aquarius pays attention to you, listens to you and wants to be around you, it's real.

Honestly, I haven't had enough experience with Capricorns to accurately depict how they are romantically. I've only ever met Capricorn moons, and they were pretty cold people.
