Cancer ftw! Venus in Leo is also very ok with a doting, attached mate it seems. I am with a Cancer male with a venus in leo (I also have venus in leo) and I'm pretty sure it's not possible for me to be too clingy. He could literally spend every waking moment with me by his side and he would genuinely be ok with it. He doesn't see it as suffocating, he sees it as loyalty and devotion!

I agree with ninjamu, a person with Venus in Leo appreciates constant attention from their lover. My Leo has his Venus in Leo and for the most part the only time we have problems is when I'm NOT paying attention to him, when I'm giving him tons of attention he's the happiest he can be.

Isn't he a Leo sun? I am a Leo sun with Leo Venus so, if your man is too, it makes sense to me. I am mushier and more romantic than my double cancer with Venus in Leo bf but, well, he is still male after all. Although, he is much more mushy and romantic overall than most men i encounter or know.

Well being overly clingy is not something that is necessarily a good thing. It's 1 thing to have a healthy attachment to someone but it's another thing to be "clingy" or too attached, especially for insecure/selfish reasons. I can't really see any sign particularly liking someone to be up their azs 24-7

Leos like alot of attention & alot of reassurance from their partners but even they need their space sometimes. Leos stop liking all that damn attention the minute they are having 2nd doubts about someone/the relationship. They can go from thanking you for the ego boost to "Omg, he/she's crazy!"

Scorpios can be quite clingy/possessive but I've noticed that they don't really like for things to be the other way around. Yes, they need alot of assurance BUT they need their space too. They are clingy b/c of their deep need to dominate/control so it'll be friction if another person is the same way b/c only 1 person can be the dominant 1. When they want their space, they don't wanna hear any complaining but yet they don't see the issue in being clingy with someone else.

I'd have to say Pisces. As I've said, I don't think ANY sign actually prefers a clingy partner, BUT if it came down to picking the sign that needs the most reassurance via affection/always having that person around it'd be Pisces.

I strongly object! I've known a Cap sun/Pisces moon man for many years and he is one the most distant and aloof people I've ever met. He clings to no one, is disgusted should you cling to him, and the whole idea of clinginess will probably make him wretch.

No, no, I have not. It is always the reason his gf's end up leaving him in the end though. Even his last one, which was the longest (2 years), was a fiercely independent woman who traveled for work sometimes like he did. She was the type who also required a lot of breathing room in her relationships but he gave too much room even for her. So she left him.

all the aquarious men i know love their freedom and have this youth streak no matter how old so i dont think a aquarious is the best to handle a clingy partner.

Aquarius willll stay but you will definatly see a more detached, wild side come out, hence leading to break off ties.

didn't read the responses yet but i say LEO. i've see it first hand everyday (its my boyfriends roommate) and while nobody else in his group of friends can handle this girls constant dry humping on the leo in public, coupled with her hideously loud cackle to every effing word he says, the leo guy loves it. she's physically incapable of not being up in his shiz 24/7

Yeah, Libra guys (esp w/ Leo Venuses) LIKE closeness, appreciate an attentive, affectionate woman.. but no, they don't want a total leech who can't keep her shit together unless she's up his ass all day..

We've already compared noted, LibraSid and I.. he's got some of the same main planets as MY Libra, including that Leo Venus.. and my Libra likes closeness.. LOVES attention, flattery, being adored... enjoys spending time together (sometimes even LOTS of time.. sometimes I have to say, "Go out with the boys! Sheesh!"!).. lovey-dovey romantic stuff (but not 24/7).. stays in regular contact whenever we're apart, but not txt bombing me or calling me several times...

.. cuz yes, he needs some breathing room, as do I. I'm not what I would consider "clingy".. I like to be close and romantic at times.. then I like my space as well. I don't get all insecure and demanding to know where he is and who he's with if we don't talk/txt 10x a day or he goes a few hours w/o answering me... and I would chew his ASS if he pulled that insecure/jealous/freak-out thing on me!

... If he wants a day to himself, I don't immediately think he's up to no good.. he's probably wanting to watch the game and nap on the couch in his (always amusing) insulated underwear.. cuz if *I* want a day to myself.. I'm not sneaking out on him.. I'm probably wanting to color my greys, put my hair up in curlers, paint my toenails, and wear a mud-mask while surfing the internet or watching Food Network hehe

So if you feel you're more "clingy" than most, even a Leo Venus might not work for you.. you might want to stick with guys with heavy Water placements, and not JUST Suns.

I agree I know moon signs in all three. Cancer Pisces and scorpio...all have clingy partners. I think my cappie ex had it...but he was also a jerk. :-/

leo sun, moon or venus likes the attention. But its like they want it from everybody, so you can't really count it in the romantic sense right?

Look at Lions. All wanting attention from every female in the pride.

I think Taurus and Capricorns dont mind..even Cancers dont mind.. Clingy lovers.

Taurus will happily lay down with you on the couch and watch TV all day, if you have meals ready on time 🙂

Capricorns may be fine as long as you let them work/do their thing and also do your work.. They may lecture you occasionally on how you should be independent and all, if you listen nicely and hug them again they'll stop lecturing until next time when they again start lecture.. Unless they have heavy Sag or Aqua..two VERY independent signs that need s-p-a-c-e.

Cancers...not sure. They're moody 😢 one minute they may hug you tightly next minute they may say I need to grow up..but I'm sure they don't mind â¤

For some reason, I feel...may be even Leos can tolerate a clingy partner.

Taurus is best I think.. Bulls, cows..we see them relaxing comfortably near a pond ..and if you can relax...its a great thing! They're too fixed to care if you stick to them like glue ...we never see bulls irritated with flies or birds sitting on their backs 😄

Hmmm I'm a Libra Rising, Libra Sun, and Libra Moon..but Scorpio Venus... If I were a man I'd say not someone with my placements, super clingy people would drive me nuts. But if they are a good balance of someone who shows me attention and gives me freedom...then you are perfect in my eyes.. Lol Like my Sag sun/Cancer Moon/Cap Venus. His last relationship was with a Gemini who had a lot of water placements. He said she was too clingy.

My ex was a Taurus Sun, Taurus Moon, Aries Venus...he wanted me to be more clingy. He said "you never needed me!" He ended up showing a lot of attention to a extremely clingy, overly emotional Pisces. They didn't work out, but honestly I did feel like they were a better match as we grew older. I know a Pisces who is with a clingy Leo. And a Scorpio who clings to her Leo husband. My Taurus friend is clingy..she was married to a Cancer man. It didn't work out in the end, but I do feel he dealt with her more than her Virgo man. He likes being in a relationship with her, but isn't sensitive to her wanting him to be there emotionally and physically.
