Would you ever avoid having a child of a particular sign?

I feel like there's a number of you who are passionate about disliking certain signs. It made me wonder if any of you would take it far as to not conceive (or hope if you're a male) during a certain time because of it?

Alternatively, are there particular signs you think you'd enjoy or prefer raising?

I think I'd personally enjoy raising Scorpios, Aquas, Sags, Pisces, and Aries.

No I love all the signs. I would love a fun Sagittarius baby though.

I think I'd be okay with any of the signs. But if i had to avoid I would say virgo and Libra. I can see Virgos being knowitalls who Dont listen to their parents. My sister is a Virgo and that was so her. Even now she uses my parents as a scapegoat for why her life isn't perfect. She's very insular and can't put herself in other peoples shoes. Libra because as children they could be easily influenced esp by the more popular crowd and that would cause me a lot of worry.

Some people..even if said in jest..smfh.

Ive seen great people from every sign. Ill take 12 kids all from every zodiac sign if I can

That'd be an interesting experiment. The Duggar family should've took advantage with their 19 kids.

Lol yes it's absurd, but there are people out there who get too into it. It's honestly not much different than seeking out a life partner of a specific sign. I'm asking because this is something a person has somewhat of a control over than something like a child's sex.

neat topic. definitely one ive thought about over the years, even discussed with an ex or two lol

i will be happy and blessed if i ever have ANY child, however, i do have preferences mostly stemming from being a taurus growing up in a house full of air signs. i dont feel like i ever communicated well with any of my immediate family. my brother and i were closest yet we don't talk anymore--he is a Gemini sun, cancer moon.

in hopes for a harmonious parent/child relationship, id probably avoid having an aquarius or sagittarius...

my preferences also usually depend on who i am considering for dad. right now it would be probably a capricorn son or daughter, aries son, scorpio son, taurus son or daughter, gemini daughter, virgo son, pisces son or daughter, leo son, libra daughter possibly......

i've noticed over the years gemini kids and i get along bc we are both motormouths, i watch the same cartoons, and i will listen and talk to them. i very much like those kids eager to learn who ask loads of questions!

id want a scorpio, a sag, pisces, or possibly a capricorn, or gemini. i dont think i could handle the other signs.

No, I wouldn't AVOID having a child of a particular sign but if I had a choice, I'd like to have a child with the sun sign: Aries, Gemini, Scorpio, or Libra.

I am a Libra Sun and I would avoid co-parenting with a Saggitarius at all costs.

Anybody who takes astrology so seriously to the point of actively taking measures to avoid conceive a child of a certain sign (or being upset about it) should not be allowed to breed.

apparantly Alyssa Sharpe and her husband did so, and it seems like she wears the pants in the family. If she decided on what month. That's why she got with a Leo sun baby the first time.

i'm glad i didnt know about astrology this deep,until a few years ago.

even if one wants an aries child badly, or avoid a certain "sign", it will come out in other ways -- a stellium in that sign that you avoid, or moon there or acts there. lol!! hilarioius. you can't run!!

there are signs I'd prefer not to have but I wouldn't really plan for it. life should just happen however it is meant to happen without my planning: "now I should get pregnant at this time to have this baby during this period". all that really matters is how I raise them and hopefully I would do a good job...lol

however, I would love any air sign or fire sign baby. I'd love an Aquarius, Aries, Libra or a Leo for the top 4. I also love Geminis and Sags though...so maybe all 6 are on top. I can't decide! so difficult.

For me no Aquas, Gems and Aries...too much damn work.

I would of course accept any sign but I would prefer some over others. I would not want any Fire or water sign kids. I would want earth or air sign kids.

I think the idea of timing your conception is a bit silly. If you don't succeed, then you'd have to wait until the following year?

I doubt astrology will impact the compatibility or depth of bond that I will have with my kid/s. I also think the ascendant has an equally large impact on personality, but there's really no way to realistically plan that. Best to just let the universe run its course.

Wish I had a brain when I had my first kid. She's an Aries & we have an excruciating relationship(she's a teen). She's very apathetic & isolated. What lind of child never wants to spend time with family? Not at any age for any reason.

My second kid I made sure he was induced to be a Sagittarius. We are inseparable & have a super relationship.

I would consider it as a blessing to get a child of any sign. Still, there are some signs that I will prefer to have maybe a Capricorn and a cancer child because of there deep love for home and family. But I won't go that far into planning the children because even with our plan nothing is guaranteed It may or may not turn out to be the planned sun but maybe you also get a Stellium in the sign that you don't like and what about other aspects rising, moon, houses and all which have lots of impact on the personality then just sun sign. And you cannot plan everything so I will let the Universe do its job. The most Important thing for me is a healthy gift 🙂

My baby is my baby no matter what, I will love my child unconditionally. To "avoid" a certain sign is a heartless thought. I understand the thread though.
