My mom is aqua sun with a scorpio moon. My dad is cancer sun with Taurus moon. Together 36 years married for 30 this coming August 😄

When my parents are in good moods, they seem like best friends when they're alone together. Its really cute. They've been married over 13 years and have been together longer.

I am the youngest of 3. They got married due to pregnacy with my bro.

Mom - Leo sun, Cancer moon

Divorced when I was three. Dad sporadically visited, tried harder later in life. I'm the youngest of his seven children from three marriages. His early absence gave me my Cancer MC, and my mother definitely gave me the Capricorn IC. As well as a twelfth house moon. Both of them have addictive personalities, as do I and the majority of my family. Don't get me wrong, I love them both dearly. But, that was the reality. Trying to deal with the damage now.

My Taurus Sun Libra Moon mom was obsessed with my Aquarius Sun Scorpio Moon dad before they got married. She chased and chased him until she got him, but their placements explain why they got divorced LOL.

I could have.... but I dont see my mom as a strong lady. She is emotionally vulnerable? Nevertheless a sweet mom and very lovable.
I have ruler of my fifth house Pluto on my IC opposing my Venus on MC
Pluto squares AC and NN. Nn is on the asc.
Pluto is also on my Vertex and widely conjuncts Saturn

That sounds like a fairly strong scorpio influence. The IC also represents our roots, family, parents...

The mother is like the biggest influence on a child, so if she was like how you described.. It would be very possible that you got that from her. It goes beyond genes I think, it's the influence you get.

Divorced, dad too controlling had a bad life himself during their marriage and awhile after drugs were an issue. Abuse a problem too. Very manipulative and has done no wrong deal. That's why it didn't work. I didn't want it to work as a child any way, no kid should have to witness the one they love get abused by the other parent.

I'm sorry you went through that. I left my Taurus ex husband before we had a chance to have children. He was very abusive, I couldn't imagine putting a child through that.

Scorpio Mom and Cancer Dad. They are still together... I can't imagine them ever leaving each other, even if they fight so much. Both feel like they are too old to leave each other. They are stuck to each other like glue.

But I'm not a suspicious person. In fact I'm very straightforward. And I always fight back when cornered. And I stand up for those who I love. I always wished my mom were a bit stronger. Still she is very kind and a darling mother :-)

38 years and still married..

Dad is 60 and Mom is 59.

Dad - Taurus Sun/Virgo Moon, Gem. Merc, Pisces Mars
Mom - Sagg. Sun, Merc. & Mars/Virgo Moon & Ascendent. Scorpio Venus.

They knew eachother growing up. My dad always liked her & once her got her his desire to procreate with her was almost instinct from what I'm told. They didn't work out as a relationship. They broke up when I was about 6 years old but together or not they were always great co-parents. Agreeing on how to take care of me was never a hassle. They just had clearly bad aspects in their own charts just as well as in synastry that would make things sorta violent & unhealthy.

My mother is fire-water, my dad earth-air.

Still happily married going on 36yrs and together for about 38.

My dad used to call my mom his Penelope his world because of the Odyssey and how deeply Odysseus loved his wife Penelope and called her his world.

Then Game of thrones came along and now my mom is his Khaleesi his moon. My mom called him her Sun but my comment about it not sounding right when said out loud made her stop. Lol

@OP- Virgo mother and Sagittarius step dad, separated then divorced. Man divorce took along time like five years. Then my dad screwed my mom with collection debt before so could get a house. I am really worried about marriage and divorce by my parent's and what they both went through..

My dad said they only stayed together for us kids growing up. Lol I think they were married 13 years..
