the backstabbing traitor here?

my cancer-leo cusper colleague reported a taurus superior because of 'violation of the safe space' and between them, I'm friendlier with the cancer obvi since she's been sharing her beef with a pisces and apparently beef with most of the entire office but ultimately when questioning happened about any 'abuse of power,' like everyone else i refuse to vote for firing the taurus because it's true that the taurus did say a lot of unprofessional things about her co-superiors and she did make a lot of HR-inappropriate comments (like loudly asking why someone would hang out with someone of lower status) and micromanaging the cancer apparently.

it's a personality quirk imo but maybe I'm biased because she intentionally overlooked my attendance when my son's pneumonia came back but there's also the fact that I've learned from everyone at work that the cusper made herself out to be the 'perfect victim' for me to side with her. she apparently got 'physical' with the pisces girl she had beef with like intentionally bumping into her when they pass by the same hallway yet she never tells me these things, always telling me the other party was the aggressor and that she felt alone and ganged up on but when everyone found out that she reported the taurus, I let it slip that she reported other folks too because the cusper refuses to have a conversation with anyone to resolve anything (mainly with the pisces) because we need to adjust to her (cusper) feelings all the time and maybe it's because my child has the same energy but I told people to walk on eggshells around her, to cater to her feelings because she's so oversensitive yet now she acts like I betrayed her when we're now all having this official company investigation and I just want to be fair and not get anyone FIRED.

i'm not even like super besties with the taurus like she hugged me that one time when she found out I won some recital and we have a professional dynamic but I'm like in a deeper friendship with the cancer but when everyone told her that they found out that not only did she report the taurus but everyone else she felt wronged her, she denied it in front of everyone when those were her EXACT words to me because i wanted everyone to finally talk things out but all she did was walk out in person and in the GC like everyone spilling their guts against her coz they feel she's creating trouble to get someone kicked out. not too long ago she reported a dude also for 'creepily following her in the yoga room and searching her up on FB without her giving out her full name' which I'm only pointing out not to invalidate her feelings but to explain why everyone feels she's trying to get the taurus fired coz of her history of reporting certain people like I'm tired boss 😫😫

Then I find out she's just the type of person who acts like you don't offend her each time but secretly keeps a tally of your sins like she never forgives nor forgets the smallest offenses like so what if the taurus was elitist? She was professional and kind 90 percent of the time just let it go. The taurus could have so easily found a way to get her fired but HELD BACK.

I get feeling that way, but reality is thats just her, thats what likely got her treated by everyone but you, as it seems, badly, which brought out your empathy. Thats what im saying, sometimes popular opinion is the correct opinion and they just kniw somethingyou dont, or have more experience with that person. As much as we all want to not judge and make our own opinions on people, sometimes the lessons can be verbal and dont have to be hands on.

No, its not a bad thing that you have empathy towards people you see as getting bullied, thats a great trait. Sometimes theres just more to the story you need to uncover, especially when everyone has an opinion and they all say something similar. Thats a lecture lesson, not a hands on lesson, prepare to take notes during the class.

that's such an air sign answer lol but I got caught in this net which is why I prefer aquas as besties coz these crap never happens with aquas, we just watch some superhero movie and chill and talk about how we only like hanging out with each other coz everyone else too much 😷😷

yeah but that don't matter coz i'm a triple virgo and look at timothy like you know that dude a capricorn no matter the other stuff in his chart like every girl expecting some Edgar Allan Poe stuff but irl he out there serving some urban financebro energy instead like i'm not being a hater, just saying coz I think it's offensive that people acting like he's the level up for Kylie when she's actually the sweetest, best child AND parent of their clan so I can't pretend that I'm not somehow serving some accountant energy.

Im married to a triple pisces with a Scorpio moon but that don't make him a scorpio which is for the best coz one of us needs some wisdom to survive.

but I think this really boils down to her not getting the mental help that she needs because she said she was abused in her preadolescence by her bio dad so I'm thinking that's partly why she's so defensive and oversensitive all the time over every little thing but some people tell me she might be BS-ing coz the yoga room guy didn't even touch her just prob had a crush on her whatnot like i don't even know anymore. and that's another thing, she burst into tears and told everyone that fact and slammed the door on us coz she felt victimized by her situation with the pisces girl like she had beef with everyone and wants to guilt trip all of us.
