Hi Guys

I hope you are all well. I am curious to hear from women of all signs who have a cancer moon.

I hear the moon is what dictates emotions and cancer moons are meant to be super sensitive.

So how do you guys actually handle emotions when it comes to conflict, break ups, difficult situations, pressure etc.

Are you super sensitive if you have a cancer moon?

What makes you retreat into your shell and what makes it safe for you to come out again?

Cheers in advance

Does it get so bad that you guys cant even talk to the person who has caused you the issues?

Also does your imagination tend to run a bit wild?

Do you bottle up your emotions out of fear as well? What happens if you let them out?
when I am hurt my emotions are frozen... and it takes a long time to "defrost" 🙂

the process of defrosting can be sometimes speeded up with genuine and sincere CONSISTENT behaviour

but nobody knows I am frozen... my Aqua sun is a pokerface 🙂

@pandora101

Interesting. This post relates to my ex who is a Aqua sun and Cancer moon.

She is trying very hard to move on, but has an issue when my name is mentioned or a subject comes up if it has anything to do with me.

She has a boyfriend, I have a girlfriend, we have both moved on, so I don't understand why she is still so emotional. We work together so it doesn't help.

I will break the ice and consistently say Hello and take a general interest.

How long do cancer moons usually distance from someone before they come back assuming that they will actually come back? Do you do this only when hurt or just when your emotions become too much?
For me depending on the scenario, I'll come back within a few days. I tend to distance and isolate myself for both scenarios. When hurt, I tend to take a longer time for me to come back to them. When emotions become too much, I tend to take maybe a day or two to recuperate and process everything.

I think if you send them a text or if they text you even if they are being short with you. They will come back. At least, that's what I do. I'll make it apparent that I still want to talk, even though the conversations will be boring. It's just me trying to show the person that I want to work things out or that I will come back.

I am a Sag with Cancer Moon-

I will cut a person off when I've had enough. If I get butthurt I will take a couple of days to myself or I just might come out and tell the person that I am hurt. It just depends on how close I am to them.

I only bottle up my emotions in new relationships, Once I've said I love you the damn opens and I say it whenever I want, whether you say it back or not.

I'm a take it or leave it type. You either love me or you don't.

My imagination doesn't run wild, cause I'll straight up ask you whatever I'm thinking. I like truth and clear answers so I don't get confused.

Luckily, my moon is libra and sometimes it's own peace-making disposition can rationalize my cancer sun which is still moon ruled and full of emotions but other times the emotional and peace-making disposition mix into a terrible desperate kinda mood swing. The thing that keeps me grounded are my adaptable signs that can easily change to fit my other cardinal signs.

Miss M raises a valid topic. While my ex has done everything to shut me out of her life, she still gets upset at fact I have moved on after she told me to.
I think a lot of girls break up with people and tell them to move on but secretly hope the guy will fight for them or something along those lines... its delusional but lots of women do this...

I did fight for her - I reached out on numerous occasions and got no response. She has only started responding to me yesterday about a topic work related but it has to do with us and people asking questions.

Given her cancer moon is there any advice that can be given on how I should handle it? I was thinking of making it about her, being supportive, asking her if she is ok etc and understanding her.

Maybe - yes you are right @koniuchaa

My ex went back to her ex after we broke up. This was about 3 months after. Now the interesting thing is that it was a dead end for them guys and the scenario was highly unlikely to change.

She never told she was seeing someone and still acts like she emotionally driven around me. She seems uncomfortable dealing with certain situations until yesterday when she opened up for the first time in ages.

I have reason to believe that they are now over. She reacted to me moving on with my new girl and also to the fact that my new girl almost fell pregnant. I get that with ex's things can be a bit sore, but she even reacted negatively to my recent holiday. That had nothing to do with her directly, so I don't understand her reaction.

It seems to me as if I still affect her somehow. I appreciate we work together and that slows the process of moving on down.

I have also been told that with an aquarius they tend to block ex's until they sort out their emotions. After that they don't have a problem being friends. We broke up in September almost 10 months ago. So I fail to get why she still cant face me directly.

For example - yesterday when we were emailing I said to her that its nice that we have some sort of dialogue but she is not comfortable with it, then dont get involved as I don't want her to feel awkward.

This was said on 2 occasions on 2 emails and she avoided answering it. She answered everything else. I feel that I still affect her emotionally, and as a result of that she still has feelings but she just wont open up and talk to me.

I would really love to help her and talk and get some sort of ground sorted where we can both be comfortable.

I was the last to email her yesterday and so far I have had no response from her.
