For How long you guys isolate yourself?

I have moon in Cancer and it's calculated to be my synthetic sign. I can isolate myself for days without even realizing it, even for months and I know I can do it even for years and truly enjoy it. I have been in seclusion for about 2 weeks probably... it can be so much calmer and pleasant being far from people. Even when I'm back to reality, I don't pick up the phone and can't text/answer immediately. Which is terribly annoying, I know. Only two people in my life understand this and have no problem with it and they're both Cancers. 😄

True and however long it takes until I get hopeful again(no specific length)

So...what does this mean for a mate? My girlfriend is a Cancer. I'm a Leo. She isolates and it makes me crazy. Sometimes she gets in a mood, takes something I said or did completely wrong (she expects me to read her mind. Not sure if that is a Cancer thing or just a her thing.) ends things, than not 24 hours later she has snapped out of the mood and wants me back. This has happened twice. I have just totally backed off and am waiting for her to contact me. The last thing she said to me was that I am the love of her life and she could never leave me. Why the isolation though? What goes on in there?

Wow, well I dunno about extreme isolation but yeah, sometimes we are just so overcome with emotion(sadness mostly does this) that it's like we are swallowed up in it and it has to fade away...just depends on the person I guess how long it takes. Luckily I have a lot of fire so for me it can takes minutes/hour maybe a day to get out of funk. But usually it comes in waves. The best thing to do is let your girl ride it out. Do your own thing and don't try to make things better, it has nothing to do with you.

Thank-you Moonbutter, that actually does help. I'm a communicator so I like to talk things over, figure it out and move past it. The waiting is like an acid bath, but I'll do it. Again, thank-you.

You will learn much patience from your Cancer lady, and you are welcome 😉

Sorry, didn't see there are new posts... she's afraid of being hurt... she needs reassuring from you. She needs to feel secure and protected. If she's confused or overwhelmed, she needs privacy to get back to normal again. Nothing special goes on, just trying to cope with her emotions. And cancerians know how to cope with them, that's why they isolate themselves (also the other water signs). They cannot communicate or interact with people when they're too emotional I guess... I think she loves you. 🙂

Don't know know we're the killers of the zodiac. Better leave that crab alone. They'll be back with a funny interesting story to tell. 😄

For as long as we need. I got a question to my brothers and sisters though. When u want ur space but u have a job or college what do u do....technically u don't wanna be around people but ud still have to face them every day at work.
