I think caring too much gets us into a shiton of trouble... We just can't help ourselves.. I know plenty of cancers(myself included) that get caught up in things that have nothing to do with them simply cause we can't stand to see people mistreated....

We are the mental cases of the Zodiac, hands down. But we're also the therapists. You know how counselors are usually wackos themselves? That's basically cancer. We care and want to help so much, but it is very emotionally taxing because we feel their pain as if it is our own. It's not a good idea to underestimate just how powerful emotion is, and how strongly cancer feels it.
We don't expect much in return, but do like to feel appreciated for what we do. If we feel like someone we care about is taking us for granted, they will incur a cancer's wrath. It's just how it goes. The fact that a crab gives two schits about you is the reason why they will send the tsunami after you in the first place. Hope you're a good swimmer!
