Honey covered Cancers bitter on the inside

I really like cancers, and I find myself drawn to their kindness and easy going pesonalities. They are romantic and well spoken, it's a pleasure to be in their company. They have a great sense of humor, BUT what I don't get is what are they afraid of?They never seem to want to go out of their way for anyone. They avoid confrontation and are as moody as those moon phases. I may have stumbled on a rotten crab, but they would be 100% better if they did somethimg instead of postpononing everything and treating their friends so indifferently sometimes. Someone enlighten me! Let me in on the secret of their inner nature. How do cancers see themselves or scorpios?

Scorpia, as a Cancer female, I find Scorpio relationships highly intense, too much at times. Scorpios focus on intese emotional extremes; sex & death being a life theme here. This intenseness occassionally can get projected (by BOTH signs) via nasty emotionality - if you have two water signs, you might find eachother starting to drown in the deep blue sea... Cancers themselves with friends have a fear of the unknown but genuinely appreciate and respect theri friends; they would do anything for them but just like Leos, can sometimes be clumsy in displaying their devotion and friendship - Cancers want to make sure they also don't hurt their friends which may appear to Scoprios that they retreat and neglect their friends - not true! Trust may be an underlying factor for all friendships in the end - all in all, it is all entirely dependant on personal experience. :-)

That was a great answer above. Here is some more insight - your cancer friend may not be doing things for you, because I would think, in my experience with scorpions that there is a trust issue - Scorpions tend to be secretive also - which creates dissension/trust issues as far as a Cancer is concerned.
I as a Cancer female, would be happy if you asked if there was anything wrong, and I would say - even if it hurts - because if your cancer friend as I said earlier is not giving you the shirt of his/her back it is because something is not out in the open.
