So nowadays policies in the workplace has become more lenient on exposed tattoos as long as they are not offensive.

I'm not really sure how to deal with this. Last year I met a girl in another country whilst on a two week vacation there. I tried to get her a visa to visit me, but it was impossible, it's basically very difficult. Even for a tourist visa, for the count
