Not sure what any of that means but that's how it's listed on cafeastrology.

Venus rules our aesthetic tastes.

Saturn rules skin

Uranus rules rebellious acts or art

Pluto rules taboos and darkness

By seriously I meant, you don't make a big deal of your tastes, you just let it be, let it flow how it is without caring too much about it.

Its hard to say without looking where your Venus and Saturn is in your chart but Saturn is about working hard, putting effort at things. This opposition could mean that you don't take Venusian themes so seriously unless there are another placement that fight this...Maybe you don't even take love/money seriously.

No tattoos on me.... I've thought about getting one but I only want a small one and have yet to find someone who won't charge a starting of $ 45.

You have too much Pluto energy, obsession is part of your life. Its hard to see how this aspect affects your life without looking the whole chart.

Another effect of Saturn is limitation, Saturn make you work for what you want, you need to diserve.

This aspect generally mean that you need to find a balance between work and pleasure. What gives you pleasure(venus) is the opposite of what you take seriously (Saturn).

You are right, I do have a lot of Pluto energy.. And I have been struggling greatly with trying to find the balance between work and pleasure.. more so with trying to find pleasure in work actually. I am down in the dumps because I want to do something that makes me happy and feel fulfilled.

Well, for you it seems really difficult. Oppositions are hard to deal as the energies are pushing each other. I would say that you should look at your Moon or take a look at the whole chart to find something that would keep both of them happy (Saturn and Venus).
