Aries, Leo and Aquarius are the only ones I know personally, who have more than one tattoo. Aquarius have the most in my experience.

Not only the artist but your personal taste...
My little sister (Aries) has the most of the girls... I have the least (Libra) because I have none.. I have never had the desire to get one because it would have to be something REALLY meaningful for me to jump off that "fence" and do it..
However, if a Libra is going through a lot, I can see how tattoos could become an outlet to express emotions..
My Cancer Dad is full of tattoos....but he also has a lot of other addictions..
For me, it's not a sign thing, it's those who either follow others quite a bit and got a dumb one because someone told them it would be cool when they were young or those with a lot of emotions they wish to express in a meaningful way OR they have an addictive personality where one led to many..
Too many of the same sign examples where one has a lot and the other has none to say it's a sign thing..

Really? Every Libra I know has more than one tattoo, including me. The only Libras I know who do not have tattoos are over 45.

I think a lot of capricorns have them!
I'm Aquarius moon and Taurus in Mars. I think carefully on what to get on my body and where, and it always has to be covered anyways..
If no one has that design and then go get it.
I'm done with tats I got 4 that's all I need or want.
The first two was done professionally.
The last two was at home done by my free style brother. It was okay I am not complaining, and it was free, and small sized tattoos designs so you can't see them.

Dunno about the rest of his body, but Virgo's Libra brother has full sleeves.
I also know a Libra guy that has tattoos. Actually last year he added a new one on his body 🙂
I have my entire back done with an Asian style Phoenix and dragon, a sleeve in the process with a warrior style geisha, and plan on doing my other arm in nothing but gaming related things my son has drawn over the years, and my inner fingers done with other stuff.
I also plan on getting my thigh done. I do this all for me, and no one else. Matter of fact, with my job, you would never know to what extent I am tattooed. I look like a proper corporate monger during work hours.
I am a Scorpio. A good majority of the people I know that are Scorpios have tattoos of some kind.
I dont know why people are so concerned about not showing their tattoos.
Unless its on your neck, face or hands...Its easy to hide when you want to.
