Venus in cancer. What do you do if you're over/through with someone?

I'm a Leo sun Venus cancer.

I know when I love I LOVE.

I also know when Im done I can be nice and cordial but I won't make much efforts to be around you or talk to you.

Example

I am a bad texter

my ex told me the other day she knew I was over her when I stopped replying to her texts as often or at all.

Deep down I have a soft spot for who she was but I just don't see her as an important part to my life even though we are friends and we broke up years ago I still feel this way.

I hear cancer in Venus people are sensitive in love which I am but maybe the Leo in me cancels you after awhile.
