Spoken from my perspective (cancer sun, leo moon, virgo rising): Pretty much anything will work. Getting a surprise alone is already "proof" that you think of her and want to make her happy. If it's something personal or intimate, that shows that you know her, even better.

Foooooood.Invite her out to eat but don't tell her where, and make sure the food is damn good. 😄 I think Cancer would like that.

Playing hard to get with cancers never works. Maybe for a short time but they'll see through your act then give you distance until you're eventually replaced. As much games as it looks like they play they hate games but will play along if you feel like playing. But that's how it all starts. It started as a insecure power move and ended with me down in the dumps with a pincher claw around my neck. This can go on for however long you want it to go on because they have some fucking good ass patience and could do that with you for years.Then either the cancer finishes you off you finish yourself off and move on or you throw the white flag up and apologize for playing games to get the cancer back.
