lately i have been feeling really depressed. Some has to do with my personal life and sometimes it feels like it is just there.
Living it for decades! Refuse pills.

The only time I am anti-depressed and my energy spiking is when I see him, hear him...so the only solution I see is love!

Crazy, stupid, whatever but all consuming when you don't wonder if hernia chasing other women. Because you know he doesn't.

Maybe even bad love for some piece of sheet is also a solution! It'll make you mad and all riled up - out of depression into a madness!!!

Pick and choose. Wish I could be more help! ?

I've been feeling depressed too. It's partly because I've been working temp at a job I've gotten tired of, and they asked me to come on permanent last Thursday. It's a physical job, which I wanted to do at the time to have my thoughts to myself and think of what I REALLY want to do with myself, and I'm over being achy and tired and traveling far to the job.

I need a job of course, I have bills, but I didn't know how to ask them if it was possible if I could stay a temp employee without the fear of them letting me go so....I'm going along with the process of getting hired, yet every day I'm becoming more and more depressed just thinking about being there.

I'm looking harder than ever for a new job, but of course the job search is discouraging and depressing, especially in my area...my Cap friend who move here months ago is feeling the pain of that.

I just dislike that I'm in this position overall. I should have finished college years ago when I started, should have brushed up on my interviewing skills(this holds me back more than anything) and shouldn't have wasted time through out the years job hopping, which I probably still prefer to do. I just find that I don't like working much on work that's not fulfilling. What is fulfilling? Who knows....so that's the source of my latest depression.

This is interesting. I had been talking to a Cap girl for almost three months now and suddenly since two Saturdays ago I haven't heard anything from her. Before we would send each other messages every day, or every other day; but the vibe was constant. Recently we were messaging for almost an hour and a half at a time. Then boom. Now nothing. She knows I like her. She said she is surprised that someone like me was into her because most of the guys she attracts are douchebags. That kind of told me she thought I was somehow in with her. We stimulate each other spiritually and intellectually. Recently I was going to start helping her with one of her projects and, boom. Just as a magician. Haven't heard of her. I touched based one last time yesterday after not hearing from her for a week. She read the message but still not reponded.

I'm not sending anything now until she looks for me. That's if she even looks for me. Maybe I'll never hear from her again. What a waste of so much potential and chemistry.

it is never t late to go to school. i know people who are in their fifties who are going to school to become counselors.

to find something that is fulfilling can be tough. you have to search for something that makes you feel good the majority of the days. For example... i feel good helping other people out like simply helping them with their bags or opening the doors...

if you dont mind me asking, where are u from?

What the heck. My Cap got diagnosed with depression last week and started meds. They want him to stay on it for 6 weeks to see if it helps.

About 2 years ago, he had his first anxiety attack. The anxiety has caused so much grief and fighting with us whether he likes to admit it or not. It's been very tough on both of us.
Does he victimize himself a lot as well?

Yes!!

He does to the point where when it's my turn to talk after listening thoroughly to his stuff, he'll tell me how it'll never be as bad to how he has it. My stuff gets sidelined cause of how tough his life is.

Idk what to do with him.
