Are you passive at work?

I am not sure if it is because my crush has his Scorpio Mars in the 12 house but from a Cap perspective are you passive at work like if you don't like something at work do you stay silent and every now and then become passive aggressive and sarcastic about things you don't agree with? Or do you continue to address them until the problem is resolved?

I may not like something but if it is working or it is something the team decided to try then I will let it play out. However, if failure starts to become more probable then I will assert myself as forcefully as needed.

I can be on the passive side. Ive always had a fear that me speaking up about anything will turn into a physical altercation, no initiated be me btw, so I'm more of a passive Cap. That's inside and outside of work.
