No I'd take ot as getting to know someone. My recommendation is to be honest just my personal opinion. I appreciate honesty and I wouldn't be looking for you to express feelings right away. Sometimes when people say friends then that's what I categorize them as, even if they are showing special attention
Thanks for the response. Honest with my feelings? I'm friendly with her for almost 9 months already. HAHA! Well, I'm trying to show her that I only have special attention for her. is that ok?

Well, I just want to ask you Cappies. For example, I befriended you but I'm showing extra special care or whatever, then I told you I'm just befriending you but the truth is I really like you and I'm just doing that because I'm not yet ready to tell you what I feel. Do you take that as betrayal? Thanks for the answers.
How would that be considered betrayal?

No, I wouldn't think of it as a betrayal. If she's paying attention, I think she'd already know that you like her more than a friend though, if you were giving her special treatment... BUT if you told her you just wanted to be friends, she'd friend zone you. No problem.

I wouldn't wait too long to tell her how you are feeling, just don't lay it all out at once.

I had a crush on this friend once, he just wanted to be friends (even though I knew he liked me by the way he would be different with me than our other female friends), so I friend zoned him, then he told me how he felt, but I had already moved on with my feelings. Sometimes once we friend zone someone, it's too late for you.
