I'll run with them and try to enjoy and do what needs to be done for them (I already sound heartless, LOL) but I just don't really dig them that much. It depends who I'm with too. I will usually try to please whoever I am spending it with. My favorite holidays were delicious meals, wine, with tons of music playing in the background. Simple and quaint. I think we had a 1 foot tree for Christmas, made small meals for Thanksgiving that year. I try to get people "meaningful" gifts as opposed to expensive or frivolous ones. Some small decorations. I can't ever see going ALL OUT for them ever. I just like making them simple, lighthearted, cozy, and fun.
