Capricorn Man with Cancer Moon

I'm a Virgo sun/ Virgo Moon who has been talking to a Capricorn sun/ Cancer moon guy for about a year as friends. There has always been something unspoken between us and we connected right away talking like we knew each other for years. I know Capricorns show how they feel through their actions and as a fellow earth sign I do the same and am uncomfortable talking about how I feel. I want to know how his Cancer moon will alter the way he expresses how he feels and how I know he if he likes me as more than a friend. He is a friendly guy to everyone and so polite so I'm not sure if he feels anything but friendship.

I am no astrology expert as I'm pretty new to this. BUT I am a capricorn sun and cancer moon (female). It is a difficult thing in that I struggle with being overly analytical and logical vs. intuitive/feeling. They are opposites. It's a constant struggle between the mind and heart. Whatever I FEEL, I try to make sure it "checks out" with my logical brain. I am careful in that I don't disclose my feelings and intuitions unless I feel safe to do so. (there is confirmation of feelings on the other side) And then if I have feelings... I will rationalize whether or not to act on them or whether it is the in the best interest of myself and others. I can hide my feelings VERY well if I decide not to show them. But if I was ever asked... a fully honest answer- you would receive :-)

Basically you want to know if he likes you or not without running any risk yourself.
Unfortunately for you it doesnn't work that way with us. We are much better at hiding our feelings than you.

But like Tulip said, ask for an honest answer and you will get one.
So before you do that you have to ask yourself how you feel about him.
And just ask him. 🙂

Here is another thing; I change a lot when I feel free to love someone, like when I am in a a relationship. But you won't see it until later.
The classic Cap mantra "Patience in all things" still applies. 😉

Thank you both for your responses and yes TigerCap I want to know without running any risk of him knowing I have feelings for him. You both said you can hide your feelings quite well. That is the difficult part for me since it leaves me unsure and yes I know patience is key with Capricorns of any kind. So I guess there aren't any particular non verbal signs that would show he likes me without me asking.
