In school...it felt like he didn't have life outside studies after 9th grade(he would attend other institutes and was into sports - besides school) .. He would always be silent and his schedule was kind of scary...we all used to wonder how he managed, if he even got sleep.. He managed his studies also so well.. And obviously he's in a top university now..

I think it depends on aspects and where the mars sit on what house.
mars in 12th - could need to be less aggressive with drive for example. since 12th house dissipates, dissolves.

Scorpio and Capricorn ALONE as signs are not Lazy at all.
they are DRIVEN and ambitious. From my own personal experience seeing my own relatives, family, ect ect.
they may not be driven in the way going up the ladder like a CEO, or a president of a company...
but one of my uncles (cappy) is a driven Blue collar worker, who never went to college, but he owns two homes, worked in the family restaurant and has a skill that is very very USEFUL for building /construction work. (hands on work)
the other cappy uncle owned his own business, from ground up. DRIVEN.
I cant do what he does. plus he's physically strong. he was married long term to a stay at home wife/mother who had recently passed from cancer. A good dutifulw wife. (many Capricorn men are very very traditional)

He struggled and even contemplated dropping out of high school once, but after being introduced to a aerodynamics class, he realized the value of learning, disciplined himself, and earned multiple awards and scholarships. Another got a full ride scholarship to d1 school on a football scholarship after his coach told him he would never get big enough. Afterwards, he also got a full ride scholarship to a university near his parents. I do know that I have strong Neptune/12th/Venusian qualities and YES I feel the laziness.

sometimes i do wish i have cap mars instead of pisces mars. i am lazy when it comes to mundane tasks that do not inspire. thanks god my scorp is not like me lol and cool with my inconsistent energy. i can work tirelessly night and day when i'm inspired but then after that i need to sleep 12 hours and remain mentally lazy for a while lol
