Capricorn parents
My mother was Cap Sun/Leo Moon/Libra rising...
Do they exist?
How are they, who here has one?
I realized that, out of all the sun signs, I never seen anybody post about one on any threads in here. And the only one I know of is my sister-in-law, who’s cold and militant. But I have nobody to compare her to.
Are they even a thing, or are so non-problematic/uneventful that nobody ever posts about them?
My mother is a Capricorn.
She was not the most affecionate, but did provide everything we ever needed. She had a selfish streak when it came to certain matters.. and decisions that impacted our future.
Bottom line is she taught us a lot of common sense. But I could have done without the physical punishment.

I’m sorry to hear about the physical punishment part. Hugs. My homecountry culture endorses it.
My aunt is a cap, she seems tough but fair, couldn't shut up about the importance of studies growing up.
My Cap gf is so thoughtful of her daughters baby shower!
She emailed me an invitation and when I declined because of a prior commitment, she quickly re-emailed me the link to the gift registry.
This was so sweet to read on this rainy Friday!
My brother’s wife... is a primadonna. She recently gave away my 4 yr old nephew’s kitten they decidedly bought between her and my Libra bro, just because “the care, the litter box, and the fur were too much” for her. Though she doesn’t make any money and is a stay at home mom. Most things she does is instagramming her style and looks for a 384637th career change she wants (modeling this time around).
When we confronted her, she made my nephew get on the Skype while we were videocalling and my bro was at work, and had him say that he doesn’t want the kitten.
Though now, weeks later, my nephew still misses the kitty and still calls her “his cat”. It broke my bro’s heart as well that she did this.
Incidentally, he was doing most of the care for the cat, and would teach his son to do so, when he would come home from work.

She was Capricorn, Mercury/Saturn domiant and I'm water dominant so it was hard emotionally for both of us, I was a very sensitive little girl and she was repressed and very religious. She was very reliable, practical, always there and calm. However, when I became older and discovered my free spirited personality, she didn't like that at all. She tried to mould me to her own expectations which caused me to rebel some.

I hate to burst your bubble but that was sarcasm. I was annoyed that my Cap gf's first invitation already had a link to the baby's registry but when I declined she emailed me the link again because she wanted a gift from me. lol

My parents are both Capricorn! My dad has Libra moon, mum has Cancer moon. Both very loving, very stable and family orientated. We have different outlooks but now we just agree to disagree most of the time!
My mom was a cap. Very strict, quite harsh, discipline oriented. Her raising eyebrows was enough to frighten us. She was loving too
My parents were both Caps, and I’m a parent as well.
My mother was nothing short of amazing. She was strong, fiercely protective, motivating, and nurturing. She was strict, and overly protective of me...but I think that was more culturally influenced. For instance, I wasn’t allowed to go to parties as an adolescent unless I took my two older brothers and two male cousins.
My father doted on me as a newborn and as a young woman, but wasn’t there for me between those two stages. He died of a disease related to his alcoholism in his 40s.
Me as a parent: I’m a provider, teacher, student, and nurturer. My daughter is an Aqua with a Cap Moon, so I make a conscious effort to provide a conducive life environment for her growth in every facet. She has an old soul and has often taught me about life, though. Hence why I said “student”.
