Emotions are.... complicated! Cap sun is the filter. Cancer moon runs pretty deep emotion wise. Aries is my outward personality. So if the Cap filter goes away (when buzzed or drunk) things tend to surface very quickly.
I looked up Trudeau's placements and he has ever of the same placements as my cap as far as I've looked. I didn't dive into the rest of the planets, but pretty interesting they both share a Pisces Mars.
Seems like the Caps with Aries moons are feisty. If anyone watched reality TV, I always think of Kristin Cavallari, who is an Aries moon Cap. Also, an aquantaince of my mother is one, and gorgeous as I don't know what, but will fight in a heartbeat.
I'm a Leo moon Cap. Burst of energy when I initially meet people then quickly withdraw into a shell leaving people confused. If the Leo wants to push through the shell, that's usually when I have my anxiety attacks because the Cap in me is fighting it smh.
Jeannie Mai from The Real is a Leo moon Cap. Dramatic, but she handles that moon well.
I've been "seeing" one for 6 almost 6 months! haha is like having two different guys! He's down to earth, works a lot, focused in school... and also a boxer, did motorcycle stunts, jumps off cliffs, climbs brick walls. I can't wait to see the rest.
Oh..and in the bedroom... I get the passionate, sensual and sexy and other days rough and aggressive, and even submissive!! I'm more dominating but I let him control too bc I love seeing the fire in his eyes...and his build body.. ? is like perfect balance for me and I've been able to handle it all. ??

Well. The thing with having mismatches in modality between Sun and Moon. Usually creates friction or complication, and the modalities can very easily conflict when you use your mind VS heart.
For instance I have Libra Sun Pisces Moon. Okay so Cardinal with Mutable. Luckily those 2 modalities aren't too conflicting. Initating/Journeying sun, with a Changing/Processesing moon.
The main "friction" comes when my Moon runs out of emotional energy. Then I come to a halt and rest. Once my Moon is charged and rested up. Then my sun can get back to initating and journeying. But only once the moon is in tandem.
Now let's say you have Double Cardinal. Then no matter what. Whether you're rational or emotional, ego or intimate, etc. You'll be initating and in motion and in fact the motion from both will carry the other forward.
Most people slow down or get stagnant because the Sun and Moon aren't on the same page. Sun is Ego and the Mind. Normally how things work is, your Ego/Mind only has so much of its own energy. You can exhaust the mind without exhausting the heart. The heart/soul has its own energy.
So whether you get drained cerebrally or emotionally. The other will be slowed down as it waits for the drained one to get up to speed. Cardinals don't have to stop and rest unto themselves. Only Mutables and Fixed signs really end up at a resting point.
So give someone Double Cardinal and basically how it will work is:
Their mind is constantly in motion. Once that exhausts it switches over to their heart, which is ALSO constantly in motion. They are bound to switch off just like with anyone else. But the thing is that they are switching off, to the same modality. So from constantly moving to constantly moving.
This is especially true for double of the same Cardinal. Because for instance a Libra Libra goes from Libra Mind to Libra Heart. All Libra, always.
In this case of your inquiry. Even if the person exhausts their Cap Sun, they'll just switch over to Cardinal Fire. Vice versa if they exhausted their emotions first.

I love when I can get same day appointments because I'm very last minute with scheduling & like having flexibility in my day. I have a low tolerance for loudness or lots of noise, I'm not kid friendly lol

I was way more Aries moon when I was younger. Saturn return really dampened my fire.It does make us much more open and expressive than other earth signs assuming it's not in a water house. That would mute it a bit i think.
Are you saying your aries moon is less active? Due to your moon are you one to initiate more often than the other?

Say for example we are deciding which movies to watch and we narrow it down to a few and he will ask which one and if I say I don't know then he will just pick one. He is specific on certain things. I've noticed he never likes to lose a discussion. I say discussion not argument because it will be over something minor but already he is opening it up towards a debate. Are those characteristics of an Aries moon?

I'm way more Taurus sun now that I'm over 30. I was a raging aggressive crazy person in my 20s. Constantly fighting verbally with people and overly passionate. I've calmed way down.

Yes, debate is pure adrenaline. That is a favourite past time for my virgo son (sag moon) and I.
It's not even about *winning*....it's about getting all kinds of perspectives and new ideas. Sometimes I will pick a side I don't even agree with so I can pull out other people's ideas.

It's always on cuz I have Moon conjunct Mars 😄.
I can't relate to my Virgo sun in terms of emotional expression at all...unless it comes to a display of anger and then my sun will pull the breaks on that. Used to be really volatile when younger and would often see red. Now it's more of a vent session and I just talk more quickly and more animated...if I am angry there is no drama display, moreso silence and detachment.
One thing you might struggle with your moon is being overwhelmed by an Aries Moon with some story that they say at 1000x the normal pace. That and the tendency to share how our AMAZING day went first even when you had an amazing day too...like it's hard to pull the mic away from us so that's frustration. It's an innocent self-absorbtion though, not derived from malice or not caring about your day. We just can't help express excitement and if we don't when we feel it...it's like a letdown *picture kid kicking rocks*

Are your anger moments more like short bursts or do you gravel and hold a grudge? I haven't experienced this side of him yet. The closest was of me having to explain to him I wanted some time to myself after an eventful weekend so that I can energize and he responded he felt disappointed. I thought he'd be a bit more understanding.
I am actually experiencing that now, which I don't mind for now because he does reciprocate and asks me about mine and then we both relish in each others positivity.

Short bursts with 2 exceptions:
1) Injustice is being done to a friend/bystander/etc. In this case I can keep a grudge forever and I will fuck you up if I deemed you went and attacked someone who was defenseless or did you no harm.
2) If I can't find the words to express exactly what ticked me off in that moment...I will shut down for a bit which isn't graveling or holding a grudge but it's seen like that for obvious reasons. It's just me looking for words or calming myself down so I don't escalate. Emotional maintenance.

One conflict you might have is your moon holds things inside....he can't hold things inside.If he gets quiet, you might think he is holding something inside...he is not....he is more than likely being a taskmaster in his head.
It might wear on you when he gets excited because he can excited by just about everything.

And yes I was upfront about how I tend to need time to process my emotions. He said depending on the situation he is more likely to discuss how he feels and he has so far everytime I have asked he has been really open which is why I find the reserved nature of the Cap sun conflicting.

I know 3 January caps men. I don't know if this has anything to do with it, but all 3 January Caps I've met aren't very loyal to their partners.

The December Caps, I've been with 2. my ex and current cap. My ex was loyal, never found him cheating in 12 yrs. (we got separated for other issues) and the current one I can't speak for bc we are not official but he told me he always looks up to respect his partner and that even though we aren't official he isn't seeing other people. Aries moon can't hold grudges....our attention span does not allow.We also forget why you pissed us off.
So, five minutes after an argument he could ask you to go to dinner and you are still processing...lol.
Plus...a good night's sleep always brings a whole new perspective in any situation.
He is one of the most optimistic people I know which I value a great deal because it keeps the both of us moving forward. He's pretty restless, has a tough time sleeping. I think it has more to do with his previous injuries.

Are your anger moments more like short bursts or do you gravel and hold a grudge?Short bursts with 2 exceptions:
1) Injustice is being done to a friend/bystander/etc. In this case I can keep a grudge forever and I will fuck you up if I deemed you went and attacked someone who was defenseless or did you no harm.
2) If I can't find the words to express exactly what ticked me off in that moment...I will shut down for a bit which isn't graveling or holding a grudge but it's seen like that for obvious reasons. It's just me looking for words or calming myself down so I don't escalate. Emotional maintenance.

The closest was of me having to explain to him I wanted some time to myself after an eventful weekend so that I can energize and he responded he felt disappointed. I thought he'd be a bit more understanding.Eh, it's not an understanding problem. I looked up Trudeau's placements and he has ever of the same placements as my cap as far as I've looked. I didn't dive into the rest of the planets, but pretty interesting they both share a Pisces Mars.The best! Lol

Well. The thing with having mismatches in modality between Sun and Moon. Usually creates friction or complication, and the modalities can very easily conflict when you use your mind VS heart.
For instance I have Libra Sun Pisces Moon. Okay so Cardinal with Mutable. Luckily those 2 modalities aren't too conflicting. Initating/Journeying sun, with a Changing/Processesing moon.
The main "friction" comes when my Moon runs out of emotional energy. Then I come to a halt and rest. Once my Moon is charged and rested up. Then my sun can get back to initating and journeying. But only once the moon is in tandem.
Now let's say you have Double Cardinal. Then no matter what. Whether you're rational or emotional, ego or intimate, etc. You'll be initating and in motion and in fact the motion from both will carry the other forward.
Most people slow down or get stagnant because the Sun and Moon aren't on the same page. Sun is Ego and the Mind. Normally how things work is, your Ego/Mind only has so much of its own energy. You can exhaust the mind without exhausting the heart. The heart/soul has its own energy.
So whether you get drained cerebrally or emotionally. The other will be slowed down as it waits for the drained one to get up to speed. Cardinals don't have to stop and rest unto themselves. Only Mutables and Fixed signs really end up at a resting point.
So give someone Double Cardinal and basically how it will work is:
Their mind is constantly in motion. Once that exhausts it switches over to their heart, which is ALSO constantly in motion. They are bound to switch off just like with anyone else. But the thing is that they are switching off, to the same modality. So from constantly moving to constantly moving.

Oh wow! haha me too. I have been in some sort of relationship with 3 Caps (2 of them still in my life fathers dad and current). other 2 have approached me (one of them is my business partner). My daughter is a Cap, my roommate is a cap too. Haha there must be something that makes us attracted to them or vice versa!

I haven’t felt it in full effect, yet, since we’ve only been dating for a couple of months. From what I’ve experienced he was pursuant in the beginning and very forward. I had to pull back a bit, but he was considerate at going at my pace. He said if I request to slow down then he will slow down and if I’d like to speed things up then he would speed up; it’s with whatever pace I am comfortable. I admire how driven he is by passion in everything-When he speaks of his work endeavors, ideas, or his future plans; his spontaneity of trying out new activities together, very gung-ho; speaks with a lot of depth on issues he feels strongly about. He is easily excitable and animated, loves the spotlight, filled with bursts of energy. He pushes me out of my comfort zone enough where it is encouraging and not pushy. He’ll test certain topics up for debate and if I actively engage he will debate fully. He is expressive of his feelings. I never have to wonder about where I stand with him because he is open about his interest in me and has been telling everyone we are dating. He is wanting to take it into the next step, but he respects me for not wanting to jump into a relationship right away. If he had his way he’d spend everyday with me; would like to see me more often, but he has been understanding of giving me my space. So in answer to your question, yes they have been. The relationship feels complementary. Interestingly he is an ENFP and I am an INTJ-the Deadpool to my Spiderman 🙂.
