Did anything change when your Cap came back?

Questions for those that have experienced the Cap silent retreat after a big fight:
Did anything change when he came back?
Did you take him back?
Did YOU change anything and did your feelings change for him?
For me, I haven't taken him back yet and this is the 2nd time I'm ready to move on. My feelings have lessened and I'm just feeling exhausted by it all 😢 Not sure where to go from here. I think I'm ready for MY silent retreat!
For me I always go silent after a big row! And for more than a day. HOWEVER if my partner goes silent on me, I notice and it makes me worry. It's me who does silence so when it's done back at me, I don't like it.
Give it a go.

Posted by SunMoonStarsI agree with pooface. Give them the silent treatment back. It usually causes me to panic and pop up, try to fix it whatever. It reigns me back in though. Try calmly telling them how you feel and what you would like more from the relationship.
