So..does blue balls(i think is that called?) are really painful?and for how long is the pain?

I always thought it was a "guilt" trip put on girls by the boys to talk them into having sex. lol!!

Physiologically I believe the blood fills and congests the genitalia area and without orgasm, it takes longer for it to drain back into the body. Thus, it can be uncomfortable until the process is complete. I'm sure the discomfort level is different for each individual. In other words, it's only temporary and they're not going to die from it.
