Is another Basquiat possible? What aspects would point to that level of artistry?

I've noticed quite a few Capricorns are tortured artists in a sense. Regardless of field, they will propel to fame only to self-destruct. In the late 20th century, Basquiat was one of the most famous painters of his time. His work skyrocketed to fame and he was in the spotlight for awhile before dying at the young age of 27. A modern example would be Ian Connor who after designing for artists like Wiz Khalifa and Kanye West, was accused of rape and cast out of the limelight. I was simply curious what aspects would create such an artist and if a modern Basquiat could even exist.
