To me?
Nothing new really. I was trying to find a solution to my issues as always and then it hit me. I don't need to improve to overcome my problems. I need to let go of things, beliefs and behaviors.
Its a lot easier and simple and probably has real results. 😉

Thats right. And people with major Cap/Saturn placements are raised up being praised for being able to do everything on their own. Well it's cool to be self sufficient but it leads to loneliness. And I can't trust people too.
My parents being a little careless from time to time meant to me they would burn the house down. You know devices left on power and stuff.
So I thought I had to control everything. Still here.

This has nothing to do with Caps and Sags has everything to do with busted ass expectations and behavior patterns. Life guarantees sadness, suffering, loss, pain, anxiety, control freakery, drama, markerry, cookiemonsterology, breakups, etc. you treetrunking name it. It is a guarantee in life.Period.
The suffering is optional ...

I palpitate just to keep my control issues under control,im a cap stellium for godsakes i feel like im going to burst😂most of my placements want to control,scorp moon,aqua sun wants to control to to be honest very stubborn,mars in taurus😂im still learning to let go

I am a Sag sun Cap stellium.... And I don't simply have control issues.... I have OCD 😛.... So it's a combination of things for me to work on.

Exactly sadness does not bring results to me. It brings more sadness and inactivity. Yesterday I was talking with my mum who is a Cap sun and I was telling her both Cap and Sag like to set goals.... The difference is Sag thinks of setting very large goals that are more of dreams and not always realistic and also is not willing to work his ass of to achieve a goal. This is me at least.
It has to be something I want.
I think Caps set high goals mostly in order to show they managed to achieve this difficult goal and they are powerful and important. But this is not a Sags psychology. I am not willing to suffer for goals that don't even mean something to me or validate my existence through achieving. I am not willing to suffer for things that don't matter in general.

Well I do set goals that are really dreams. But, dreams become goals with the effort. I have found that I learn through the suffering. It is the only way I am willing to look at the most important things, and get to the source of it. If things are good, what is the incentive? The incentive is in getting to a better place. To me, the way out is taking one step at a time, walking the path or climbing the mountain. I also learn through exploring like a Sag. But usually it starts by suffering. Otherwise I’m too distracted. I’m out having fun & enjoying life. Lol .. of course it took me til a midlife crisis to get this. & how to get out of the life that didn’t work out. The one where I wasn’t willing to look at the sadness. This is why I say balance is what works. It’s a little of both.. maybe cuz I’m on the cusp or dominant Cap idk. But that’s how it is for me. click to expand

I get it. You can't skip sadness and hardship all together. But not cause it to myself too on purpose.
Well the beginning of my adolescence or something weird happened at 18... Which led to a lot of independent thinking and rebelliousness without a cause.... so Idk what exactly this is. It's a 20 years old life crisis hahah.
