I have a cappie moon. I swear for the first twenty mins you think I am either a sag or an air sign. Then after you get to know me the granite comes out. I should volunteer to look over charts more then people might reciprocate.Although I wax and wane on how much I buy into this stuff. But it's fun!
i get along with capricorn suns but they have to have aqua in their charts i notice.
my best friend growing up is a cap sun/pisces moon, with venus and mars in aquarius, sag mercury.

I'm going out on a limb and say Scorpio is a potential train wreck.At least in my personal experience.
I've seen it work a few times but I think Pisces and Cap are a much better match.
going from my experience id say cap and scorp actually work nice. Just needs a lot of compromise though.
Everybody is a huge risk and potential recipe for disaster. I think Scorpio, Taurus, are the greater emotional risks, Gemini and Virgo are the greatest mental risks with Virgo being emotional for Cap too, Sag and Cancer is the greatest security risk, Aqua and Leo...you are risking your life, Libra and Pisces can decieve so whatever risk that is...
I think Cap men feel most secure with Aries women, although Aries are sneaky but so are Cap men.

I get along with Caps without much effort and my best and most productive relationship was with a Cap.

Oh, I get along with Aries.
However, I've lived with one just about my whole life. My dad and my son are both aries. And it's just not a relaxed feeling. We're both bossy and want things done our way and "that way" is vastly different. Both are outspoken and there's tension a lot of time.
They are very sweet and generous though and can be a lot of fun.

Sounds like when I had to deal with a certain Libra one time. And most of the times and still today I see her as an idiot.
According to my experiences so far:
Aries I'm attracted to them, but won't work in a ltr. Huuuge fights...that usually end well, but it's too much.
Taurus Never been attracted to one, but then I haven't met many, that I know of.
Gemini Attracted to them, oh yes. Been in ltr with two. Great guys, but doesn't work in the long run, even though I have moon and rising in gem.
Cancer Never been attracted to one.
Leo I'm a sucker for leo. Yup! Best match for me.
Virgo Been in ltr with two. Think I need more of a challenge.
Libra Never been attracted to one.
Scorpio Love them. Think the problem has been that the ones I have met have had venus in scorp too and that doesn't go well with my venus in sag. Great for a while, then I feel totally smothered.
Sag Never been attracted to one.
Cap Don't think I ever met one.
Aquarius Don't have a lot of experience with these guys.

Like flies on shit. lol...at least that's my experience as a Pisces woman. However, it doesn't last. Caps are too rigid and we can't operate well with that rigidity and as much as we have child like spirits, we don't like having men act like a father to us. That's a HUGE turn off. Don't tell me what to do or always suggest what I SHOULD do. Perfect example, Cap messages me the night of Thanksgiving to see what I'm doing. I tell him that I'm putting away the food and about to clean my house. He says, "Cleaning can wait. Stop what you're doing and get your rest." What the!?!?! smh.
So add that to your list of matches that DON'T work for Caps. It ends up being a train wreck. I end up butting heads with every single Cap male that I have romantic interactions with. My Venus is in Cap too...hence the attraction on my part, but nope...doesn't work.

my sister is a sag sun, and she is with a virgo sun, (that's not suppose to be emotionally compatible according to you)

i think it depends on the rest of the chart.
