I hate to wake up early then 8 AM!
Know why?
Because real biz life begins to run about 10 o'clock.

i usually wake at 6-6:30am on week days. 7:30-8am on weekends, even if i've been out the night before. Scorp rising. Born at 3:40am

I'm thinking of getting up even earlier to get a morning work out in.

i'm just not sure if i can sacrifice the zzzs though lol. obviously there's going to bed earlier, but blegch...

Summertime weekday: 6:30 because that's when mr. Scorp gets up.

Weekend/ internal clock time: 7am

I get up n out of bed at 8am weekday
Wake up at around 6.30am play on my phone until I have to get up otherwise I get late for work

7am on the weekend

If I don't have plans 10-11 am on Sundays

10-11am?? I could NEVER sleep that late. I feel like sleeping in that late is time wasted. If I sleep past 8am I feel guilty.

I forgot to add - I'm a cancer
It's not sleeping just in bed playing with my iPad surfing or looking at fashion blogs n discount codes! All productive work :p

I set the alarm for 5 a.m., snooze til 5:30. Its because I have a long drive for work, not my choice, though!

On weekends, I wake up around 7 or 730. Sometimes make coffee, sit in bed play on the phone, watch TV, fart around til 9. Sometimes I get up and get busy. Sometimes I go back to sleep until 9 or so.

Basically, I'm a night owl, but I have no choice.
