Strange cap behaviour

I need some input about this Capricorn that has been I troduced in my life two and a half months ago by his mother.

We went on 3 total dates, and the third one we slept together. He was such a Debbie downer, that when we parted ways, I kissed him but had no intentions of ever contacting him. I always did the chasing, so I thought this time fuck it. I knew I wasn't going to hear from him. Well I was wrong, three weeks later I get a message from him saying "so you're giving me the silent treatment eh?". Long story short, he said that he missed me and that he wants to continue dating. I suggested to go out Sunday.......Sunday comes, he bails, don't hear from him for days, I reach out and ask why he even bothered reaching out to me? He ignored.......left it at that, didn't even bother after that. I have no intentions of reaching out again, but what is up with that?

So I work as makeup artist part time, and his mom was a client. We clicked and got a long really well. And she kept mentioning she had a son that was single. Anyways I guess she actually said something to him because a week later, he adds me on fb. He went on a serious hunt for me lol.

Oh trust me, I'm walking away. I told him I was ok with fwb, because nothing serious can come out of this. Was it stupid of me to suggest? Maybe, but I went after what I desired, and that was sex?. He preferred to not be fwb, and start dating more.......but than he does that. I doubt he is coming back, but why come back in the first place?

I didn't feel like he enjoyed it, so after that, I didn't bother him. 3 weeks go by, and that is when I get the message about the silent treatment, and that he misses me, and how he doesn't want to be just fwb. I was going to give it a go, but he blew me off the day we were supposed to go out. 5 days later I asked why he bothered reaching out to me, and he ignored me. And that was that. I shouldn't have offered the fwb, but what's done is done.

I swear to God... some of the males on the Cancer/Cap axis... it's like if they don't wake up to you popping your pussy on their face every morning for 9 years straight,, you'll never hear from them again.. only to find out 10 years down the road how much time they spent 'wah wah waaaahhhing' to friends about how you were the "one that got away".

Hmmmm maybe, but when I met his mom he wasn't around. I didn't meet him until our first date. And it was a lovely first date. So in a way this makes me sad lol.
