This Cap just won't go away and I'm torn...HELP!

This cap just keeps showing up into the picture once I think I'll never hear from him again, he does something to get my attention.

He asked for me today again (second time this summer) when he spoke to my sister and told her he wanted to speak to me in person. She advised him to call instead but he opposed the idea. And also asked if he could stop by my house.

He just won't give up. I've tried to avoid him all summer but he shows up out of the blue and tries to make conversation, while I don't even respond.

I've never heard of anything like this. I don't know if it's a cap thing or...I don't know, help me out here.

i don't know if this is a cap thing, we're too cautious to run towards getting hurt, but at the same time, a challenge can be fun. all i have to say is, don't say "no."

Did you sister say what it was about? He wants you back?

Were you with him at one time at all? Were you dating? Im trying to learn about Caps,too.
