I think it's more about respectability and social status more so than money. When I say social status, I don't mean like the upper crust of society, I mean someone who is respected in her social circle, by her colleagues and doesn't have a lot of drama or gossip going on about her in her community. Someone who is independent on her own, has good work ethic and has dignity. Someone who knows how to behave and won't ever embarrass him in public. There's a time and place for everything and he wants someone who respects that.

Do you people have tendencies to marry for money or for love ? Or both ?

Maybe I am anti-Cap in this regard, but money has never motivated me in virtually any way, especially in relationships.

True, I have cap in three planets (not venus though) and I have never been motivated by money. I don't want a deadbeat either though. Ambition and potential is important. Independence is important. Oh, I'll admit money is attractive, and might get my attention, but if that's all they have to offer, then the deal is off. There are much more important things than someone's income.
